　　“人工智能是引領(lǐng)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力，全球各國(guó)都需要培養(yǎng)相關(guān)人才。”關(guān)注人工智能領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的意大利特倫托大學(xué)信息工程與計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)系教授福斯托·金奇利亞(Fausto Giunchiglia)受邀參加中新網(wǎng)《問(wèn)答中國(guó)》欄目時(shí)表示。

　　第二十屆三中全會(huì)指出，要完善人才自主培養(yǎng)機(jī)制，加快建設(shè)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略人才力量，著力培養(yǎng)造就戰(zhàn)略科學(xué)家、一流科技領(lǐng)軍人才和創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)。對(duì)于中國(guó)將如何培養(yǎng)人工智能領(lǐng)域人才等問(wèn)題，福斯托教授予以重點(diǎn)關(guān)注。

　　對(duì)此，北京理工大學(xué)管理學(xué)院副研究員尹西明給出了詳細(xì)解讀。他表示，中國(guó)需在制度和人才培養(yǎng)體制方面推行雙重改革，通過(guò)深化科技體制改革，激發(fā)全民的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)造的活力，使人人都能投身到人工智能時(shí)代的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)造中。(薛凌橋 陳天浩)

　　"AI clearly is one of the main drivers of innovation, and so there is a need for everybody to cultivate the talent," said Fausto Giunchiglia, professor at University of Trento, Dept. of Information Engineering and Computer Science, while joining in the latest edition of China Answers with China News Network.

　　The resolution adopted by the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on further deepening reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization at its third plenary session stated that China will improve the mechanisms for nurturing domestic talents. The country will also intensify efforts to build a skilled workforce with strategic expertise, focusing on cultivating science strategists, top-notch scientists and innovation teams. Speaking of the scientific innovation, professor Fausto raised his question on how China will cultivate AI talents.

　　In response to Professor Fausto's question, Yin Ximing, associate researcher at the School of Management in Beijing Institute of Technology, stated that China should implement dual transformations both in systematic and talent-training mechanisms. By deepening the reform of the scientific and technological system, the country can stimulate the vitality of innovation and creation, involving everyone in the innovation and development of AI technologies.
